What is your landscape build and design process?
Our build and landscape design process are straightforward and collaborative. Here’s how it works:
Consultation: We start with an in-depth phone consultation to understand your vision, needs, space, and budget. The best way to make it happen is to talk about it with a professional on our team even if it’s just a few minutes.
Site Assessment: Our team assesses your property to evaluate its unique features and any challenges. Our team will come out and measure the site, check to see if the landscape has any material restrictions because of size, and determine if there are any issues with access.
Design Proposal: We create a custom design plan and incorporate elements like trees, swimming pools, hedges, outdoor kitchens, gardens, fences, patios, natural stone features, etc. that may be included.
Feedback and Revisions: We review the design with you, making any necessary adjustments to ensure it meets your expectations. We can do this a number of times to make sure it is perfect.
After the revisions are done, we will create a contract for you. There is a deposit and payment schedule based on select work being finished. This ensures that no part of the job is left unfinished. For example, when the interlock is finished, that part of the project will be paid for.
Implementation: Once the design is finalized, our team begins the construction and installation process. Barring any weather events, each part of the project is completed as quickly as possible (but still correctly), to get you back into your outdoor landscape. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Completion and Follow-up: After the project is completed, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect. We also provide maintenance tips, like a watering and fertilizing schedule, or interlock sand upkeep tips, to keep your landscape looking beautiful.

How do I get my dream backyard?
If you own your home, you should have a beautiful property. The cost depends on you and how much you can afford at the moment. If you have a final landscape in mind, but the price exceeds your budget we can work with you and complete it in stages. For example, for a backyard with pool, front yard, and driveway; we can split the backyard and pool into one year, the front yard in another and the driveway in yet another year. It saves you the most in cost too because you’re not tearing out the work you’ve already done to get to the area you haven’t completed yet. You always have equity in your home that you can use as well, we have financial professionals on hand who can advise you on home equity loans and if they work for you. With banks being as limited as they are today, home equity is a good option.

How long does it take to complete a landscaping project?
Project timelines depend on the scope of work. Tree planting and smaller stone installations may take a day, while comprehensive designs involving patios and extensive landscaping can take weeks. We provide a detailed timeline dependent on weather and keep you informed throughout the process. Our typical residential landscape jobs are a ten business day turnaround, not including pools, on average. More comprehensive estate, pool, and large construction jobs can take a little longer, due to planning, permits, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Do you provide landscape maintenance services?
We will come back to repair or replace as needed, within warranty. We can recommend residential or commercial maintenance companies for you to work with. We are not a landscape maintenance company.
Can I incorporate sustainable practices into my landscape design project?
Absolutely! Most of our business is already sustainable and environmentally friendly. We can help you use your landscape to lower water consumption. We can help you select native plants and trees that require less water and use eco-friendly materials. Sustainable landscaping not only benefits the environment but also reduces maintenance and long-term costs. A well thought out and designed landscape reduces or eliminates the need for watering, stops or reduces soil erosion and can even reduce your electric bill by lowering AC costs.
How do I get started with my estate landscaping project?

When designing an Estate or larger property, we take in to account many factors, number one being privacy. Large caliper trees, moved in by tree spade, ensure quick and sometimes immediate privacy. Proper grading to ensure no water issues is also a must. We can also install pools, barns, shops, pool houses, and detached garages that can all be added to large enough properties while landscaping progresses, to ensure when your project is finished, it is finished. Estates also have the advantage of space, so some estates can be completed faster and with more precision than small residences.
Will my property be safe in your hands?
We are fully insured, so there is no risk to you or your home. We also have 40-50 years of experience in the trade. We know all the products, all the suppliers, and all the competition. If we can’t do something, we know who can, we also have other trades working for us to ensure all mechanical work is done properly and up to code.
